1. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By engaging with Jetstream Travel, LLC (“Jetstream,” “we,” “us”), you (“Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services, including travel planning, booking, points and miles consulting, and group travel coordination.

2. Scope of Services

Jetstream provides travel consulting and booking services, including but not limited to:

  • Travel planning and itinerary design

  • Flights, hotels, transportation, and experiences

  • Points and miles strategy and redemption assistance

  • Group and corporate travel coordination

Jetstream acts solely as an independent intermediary between the Client and third-party suppliers.

3. Third-Party Suppliers

All travel services are fulfilled by third-party providers including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators.

Jetstream:

  • Does not own, operate, or control these suppliers.

  • Is not liable for their acts, errors, delays, cancellations, or service failures.

  • Cannot guarantee availability, upgrades, or specific outcomes.

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of each supplier.

4. Pricing & Availability

All pricing:

  • Is subject to change until confirmed and a deposit is placed with Jetstream Travel, LLC.

  • May fluctuate due to demand, availability, or supplier adjustments.

Jetstream is not responsible for price changes outside of our control.

5. Payments & Authorization

By providing payment details, you authorize Jetstream and/or its suppliers to charge your payment method.

Client agrees:

  • All information provided is accurate.

  • They are authorized to use the payment method.

  • All payments are final unless otherwise stated.

Jetstream may charge service or consultation fees as disclosed prior to engagement.

6. Points & Miles Disclaimer

Jetstream provides strategic guidance and booking assistance related to points and miles. However:

  • We do not control award availability.

  • Redemption values are not guaranteed.

  • Airline and hotel programs may change at any time.

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts.

Jetstream is not responsible for:

  • Expired points.

  • Program devaluations.

  • Account shutdowns.

  • Missed award availability.

  • Credit score fluctuation.

7. Travel Documents & Requirements

Clients are solely responsible for:

  • Valid passports (typically 6+ months validity).

  • Visas and entry requirements.

  • Vaccinations and health requirements.

  • Compliance with international travel laws.

etstream will inform clients of all visas and entry requirements, yet the client is responsible for obtaining such documents. Jetstream is not liable for denied boarding or entry. J

8. Changes & Cancellations

All changes and cancellations are subject to supplier policies.

Client acknowledges:

  • Many bookings are non-refundable.

  • Change fees and penalties may apply.

  • Airline credits may be restricted or expire.

Jetstream is not responsible for:

  • Supplier-imposed penalties.

  • Loss of funds due to cancellation.

9. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Jetstream is not responsible for:

  • Losses due to trip cancellation.

  • Medical emergencies.

  • Delays, interruptions, or missed connections.

Declining insurance releases Jetstream from related liability.

10. Schedule Changes & Disruptions

Airlines and suppliers may:

  • Change schedules.

  • Cancel or delay services.

  • Modify aircraft or accommodations.

Jetstream will assist when possible, but:

  • We are not responsible for disruptions.

  • Resolution is subject to supplier policies.

11. 24/7 Support Disclaimer

While Jetstream may provide travel monitoring and support:

  • Immediate resolution is not guaranteed.

  • Airline or supplier response times may vary.

  • Clients may still need to work directly with providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Jetstream shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages.

  • Loss of enjoyment, time, or missed experiences.

  • Financial losses due to third-party actions.

Total liability shall not exceed fees paid to Jetstream.

13. Force Majeure

Jetstream is not responsible for events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Weather disruptions

  • Pandemics

  • Government actions

  • Strikes or civil unrest

14. Chargebacks & Disputes

Client agrees:

  • Not to initiate chargebacks without contacting Jetstream first.

  • Unauthorized disputes may result in termination of services.

15. Client Responsibility

Client agrees to:

  • Review all confirmations and documents.

  • Verify names, dates, and details.

  • Notify Jetstream of errors immediately.

Failure to do so releases Jetstream from liability.

16. Communications

By engaging with Jetstream, you consent to communication via:

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Messaging platforms

All communication is in accordance with the Jetstream Travel privacy policy.

17. Independent Contractor Status

Jetstream operates as an independent travel advisor and not as an employee or agent of any supplier.

18. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina and the United States of America.

19. Modifications

Jetstream reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.

Final Acknowledgment

By submitting an inquiry, engaging services, or completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

This agreement reflects the relationship between you, our valued client, and Jetstream Travel, LLC.
